Orekahome exchange policy
simplicity, transparency, and security are the hallmarks of your online shopping experience at orekahome. we go the distance to ensure that every transaction on our website is seamless. we take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards. as a policy, we do not entertain returns but offer exchanges under specific conditions. please review our exchange policy for better understanding.
Exchange eligibility a product is eligible for exchange under the following conditions:

a wrong product has been dispatched, and it does not match the item selected during order confirmation.

if you identify a quality or a manufacturing defect on the received product.

if the product is received in a damaged condition.
note: please do not accept any package if it is tampered with or damaged upon delivery.
to ensure that we process your exchange accurately and promptly, please follow the guidelines below.
Exchange process:

please raise an exchange request within 48 hours of delivery by calling our customer service at 8884799933 (Monday - Saturday, 10 am to 7 pm) or email us at orekahome@gmail.com.

you can also submit your exchange request by signing into 'my account' and filling out the 'submit a support request' form.

you will be asked to mail a good quality picture of the received product clearly depicting the issue (in case of damage/defect/incorrect product) along with your order details to orekahome@gmail.com. (for a faster process, you can mail/whatsapp the picture/video in the first step.)

our quality assurance team will review the details to verify eligibility for an exchange.

we will notify you of your exchange request status within 2-3 days of receiving your request with pictures.

once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup of the product, which typically takes about 2-3 working days for pickup and 7-10 days for delivery to our warehouse.

once the merchandise is back at our warehouse, the exchange process will be initiated.
Important guidelines:

product must be returned with the original packaging, including tags, barcodes, accessories, manuals, warranty cards, shipping label (pasted on the packet), invoice, etc.

product should be unused and in the original condition.

exchanges are only allowed within 7 days of the product reaching our warehouse.

orekahome reserves the right to perform a thorough quality check before approving an exchange.

each exchange request is handled on a case-by-case basis, and we request you to get in touch with our team for a prompt resolution.

products bought online cannot be exchanged at physical stores.
Cancellation policy:
any cancellation requests will only be accepted if made within 24 hours of placing the order. a full refund will be issued.
if a cancellation request is made when the product is already in transit, an in-transit cancellation fee of 10% of the order value will be charged. this is due to the high-quality and fragile nature of our products, and we expect our customers to share a part of the shipping charges borne by us.

refunds for cancellations will be made through the same mode of payment, except for cash on delivery (cod) payments, which will be refunded via store credit or cheque.
