General Upholstery Care

• Vacuum upholstered surfaces regularly using upholstery and crevice tools to remove loose particles and dust.

• Always pre-test any upholstery cleaner on a hidden area to check for colorfastness and compatibility.

• Blot spills immediately using a clean, undyed cloth — avoid rubbing, which can push stains deeper into the fabric.

• For minor stains, mix 1 cup of water with ¼ teaspoon of clear liquid detergent, lightly spray the area, and blot gently.

• Rinse with clean water to remove any residue, then allow the area to air-dry naturally.

• Always blot from the outside toward the center of the stain to avoid spreading or creating rings.

• Never scrub or use hard-bristle brushes — they may damage fabric fibers or finishes.

• Avoid placing upholstered pieces in direct sunlight or near sources of heat or humidity, as these can lead to fading or warping.

Fabric Pilling

• Pilling is a natural result of friction and everyday use as loose fibers rise to the surface.

• Use a fabric shaver or sweater shaver gently to remove pills  this will reduce over time with proper care.

Wood & Laminate Care

• Wipe wooden and laminated surfaces with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.

• Use coasters or felt pads under decor to protect finishes from scratches or moisture rings.

• Regularly dust wood surfaces with a dry microfiber cloth to maintain their appearance.
